My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room, although cosy and vintage, could benefit from some updating. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal, just a block from the canal and the heart of Bruges. The dining experience was satisfying, with a nice selection of food. I truly loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and comfortable, had tea making facilities, and offered a great view on the top floor. The very big double bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly, and the hotel's proximity to central spots while still being very quiet was a huge plus. However, the rooms were a bit thin-walled, allowing us to hear our arguing neighbors at times.
